Our founders, Ray and Stephanie Hubner, bring a unique blend of professionalism, knowledge, and personal touch that sets our agency apart.
Ray entered the real estate domain equipped with over two decades of experience, not only as a seasoned realtor but also as a Deputy Building Official for the City of Lebanon and a licensed general contractor. His knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas of building codes, construction, and real estate provided a solid foundation for what would become a remarkable journey. The turning point came when Ray and Stephanie tied the knot, blending their lives and professional ambitions. Ray encouraged Stephanie to enter the real estate industry, and together they envisioned a collaborative approach to cover all aspects of the buying, selling, and building journey for their clients.
Motivated by their vision to offer a comprehensive "full service" real estate experience, Ray and Stephanie quickly became leading realtors for new construction homes in the middle Tennessee area. Their background and expertise allowed them to excel, culminating in the sale of over 200 new construction homes to date.
In 2020, The Hubner Group was born out of a desire to further amplify its offering and reach. The team has since grown to include talented professionals specializing in interior and exterior design, as well as real estate investment properties and development. This expansion has allowed The Hubner Group to provide an even broader spectrum of services, ensuring that our clients have access to a trusted guide through every step of their real estate decisions.
