Originally from Michigan, Ray Hubner moved to Tennessee as a child and is a Lebanon High School graduate. Shortly after high school, Ray started as a dispatcher then as an officer in Lebanon. His love for building and construction transitioned his government role into the City of Lebanon Codes department as an inspector. He was later promoted to Deputy Building official where he conducted plan reviews and inspected residential, commercial, and industrial new construction in the City of Lebanon. He served on several state and local boards including Tennessee Building Officials Associates, the Middle Tennessee Codes Official Association, and the Region 8 International Codes Council. An entrepreneur from an early age, Ray obtained his real estate license at 20 years old and later his general contracting license. Ray is now a full-time general contractor and Realtor®. Outside of work, Ray loves spending time with his three girls, his wife, Stephanie, and daughters, Reese and Molly.
