Will is a Tennessee native, grew up in Lebanon and attended Tennessee Tech University. After graduating with a degree in engineering, Will moved to Nashville to start his career in technology consulting. After a good run in the consulting world, Will and his wife, LB, decided to start Both Minds Design, a full-service real estate design company. This transition was very natural given that Will has been a licensed realtor in Tennessee since 2019 and has been investing in real estate since 2012. During the past decade, Will has been a realtor, investor, and land developer in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky. After 10 years in Nashville, Will eventually decided to move back to his hometown of Lebanon in 2019, where the couple lives today with their two young children, Maxel and Foster. In his free time, you can find Will golfing, at the gym or in North Carolina enjoying everything the mountains have to offer.
